Latif: I've already left Kosovo for U.S. specialisation. We'll let the specialists go.

However, Minister Latifi added that he himself has left Kosovo for America in the absence of conditions for specialisation.

If we don't create conditions for job specialists, if we don't transform post-diplomical education and we don't create good specialists and those we create run away from”, he said.

Also, Minister Latifi says he will soon have the healthcare programme ready.

“Priories will be the health information system, treatment and preparation of specialists, raising quality then we need to do other jobs starting on boards. The ministry has other long-term jobs. Give us some time and when we do our healthcare program, we call you. We find it in 2022, and we don't have big cases, death and fatal cases”.

Dr. Latife also spoke of managing pandemic, stressing that Government has worked very well on this course.
