Lajcak and Escobar in Kosovo tomorrow, to resume dialogue

“From January 31st to February 2nd, the European Union's Special Representative for Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue and other regional issues of the Western Balkans, Miroslav Lajčac, will visit Kosovo. He will join the US Special Representative for the Western Balkans and Deputy Assistant Secretary Gabriel Escobar”, the EU office in Kosovo has announced.

In Pristina, Lajčak and Escobar will meet with political leadership in Kosovo, political party leaders, as well as with representatives of the international community.

The main goal of the trip is to discuss future steps in the dialogue on normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia, facilitated by the EU and supported by the US.

“Lajčak will also meet with representatives of civil society and visit CCP Mutiodae”, said further in this statement.
