Kosovar sentenced to three years and eight months in prison for terrorism

He has been convicted and sentenced to three years and eight months in prison, which the sentence will serve in the 15 days of its impoverishment.

“With a special SP.N.53/21 accordance, dated January 26, 2022, the communical court Article 367 paragraph 1 subparagraph 1.1 paragraph 6 and 7 of the KPRK, the accused has continued the detention measure until the integrity of the act, but not more than the sentence pronounced on the Constitutional Court Act. Against this disgruntled bias, the disgruntled party has the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals under the Constitutional Court in Pristina”, the report said.

Pristina 26 January 2022 The Special Department has declared the indictment against accused K.D. Due to criminal acts of organisation and terrorist group participation by Article 143 paragraph 2 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.

The accused K.D. has been convicted and sentenced to jail terms of three years and eight months, which the sentence will serve in the 15 days after the indomitability of this sentence, while the time spent in detention from July 17, 2021 onward, will be counted in the sentence pronounced.

With a special ruling, SP.53/21, on January 26th, 2022, the commissary court, Article 367 paragraph 1 subparagraph 1.1 paragraph 6 and 7 of the CPPRK, the accused has continued his detention measure until the integrity of the trial, but no more than the sentence pronounced on the Constitution of the Constitutional Court.
