The initiative is signed by members of this coalition, which are the Social Democrat Party (SDP), the Social Democrats (SD), the Bosniak Party (BS), the Albanian List and the Albanian Coalition and several members of the Socialist Democratic Party (DPS).
Among the signatories are not deputies of Montenegro's Democratic Front of the Socialist People's Party (SNP).
The Black Coalition “over white” at a press conference on January 17th proposed a model of a minority government, in which the leader of the U Civic Movement proposed RA, Dritan Abazovic, who is Montenegro's current deputy prime minister, said there would be no room for the Democratic Front and the Democratic Party of Socialists, reports the media in Montenegro.
At the media conference, Montenegrin Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapiq has said the minority government is deceptive.
