Syla has said placing a person like Besnik Beslim at the helm of negotiations with Serbia is derogatory.
The 1999 “where Kosovo has been actively in negotiations with Serbia with international, American mediating, and by choosing a man who has never had a relationship with that job, this poses derogatory approaches”, Syla has said.
He added that this is not the way to go. He has added that the biggest job Bislim has done is that he has drafted the AKRA programme.
“With Faithful Bissim is not moving forward, most of what he did is that he wrote one of the AKR 39x1> program, Syla said.
