Serbia's Parliament Speaker Ivica Dacic has said he is not optimistic that his state referendum on constitutional changes will be held in Kosovo on Sunday and January 16th.
He accused Kosovo authorities of abolishing the basic right to voting on Kosovo territory.
“This is also an indicator of how Pristina invests in making dialogue instructions with Serbia”, the Serbian chief speaker told T V Belgrade's PRVA.
Contrary to Dacic in all recent days, it has made it clear that the referendum has to do with changes to the Serbian justice system and in no way other issues, as if it is the possibility of another referendum changing the preamble of the Serbian Constitution that Kosovo considers an autonomous province of Serbia.
