Worried by the gathering of Russian troops near the Ukrainian border, the military and Western alliance has demanded that several months of meeting the NATO Council Russia, but the forum seemed endangered following a spying dispute in October.

“Whatever dialogue with Russia should continue on the basis of reciprocity, address NATO's concerns about Russia's actions and develop in consultations with NATO European partners”, the alliance official said.
