The heads of Parliamentary Groups have gathered at the first meeting for this year in which to hold the next plenary session of the Kosovo Parliament.

Representatives of the Serbian List and other minorities are not attending this meeting.

Otherwise, the last session held in the Assembly was extraordinary, where the resolution was adopted not to allow Serbia's referendum in Kosovo.
