Hasani: Kosovo Serbs cannot be part of Vuciqi referendum

The former chairman of the highest justice institution says that the “Ahtisaari package” is not reference when it comes to technical issues.

“Ahtisaari's package is not in force, it is worth as Kosovo's pledge in terms of the nature of the constitutional legal system. So Kosovo would be a republic, it would be a multiethnic state. Ahesari's package is not valid for legal voting rights issues, they have been carried out, integrated into the Kosovo Constitution”, Enver Hasani said.

Kosovo Serbs, according to Enver Hasani, cannot be part of the referendum organised by Serbia.

“Kosovo Serbs cannot have two loyalities on the issue of sovereignty. It could only happen at a passing time with a comprehensive deal. But there can be no game as a permanent standard”, Hasani said in Context.
