Haradinaj: I, as prime minister, did not allow energy price to rise, the same thing to Kurti

AAK Chairman Ramush Haradinaj said that during the time Kosovo's prime minister was facing the same situation Kurti is now facing, where he was exactly ZRE, which had called for increased energy prices.
