Abdixhiku tells him he does not understand why there should be a resolution when the Constitution clearly defines the issue.
Keeping it closed before I start. Kosovo has double reason to adopt this referendum. We welcome respect for the Constitution. Extracting a resolution remains unclear. I cannot understand that because the prime minister has constitutional obligation to implement all mechanisms in full. Even if there is a resolution allowing the referendum, it is constitutional that it prohibits its implementation and such recommendation.
Is there anything additional that the Assembly should offer as prime minister that cannot implement the Constitution. Do you need tools, announcements of a state of emergency? What makes you worth the resolution? If you add drama resolutions, you should understand that, unlike the destructive practices in this assembly every time Kosovo has faced Serbia, The LDK refuses to cause division.
If this session isn't a drama show for the population then tell us what it is?
Hide the prime minister, he's not going to make a decision. / P ERISCOPI/
