The detainee's “Appel has been left in effect, the decision has been changed, so the guarantee has been accepted and the detention measure” has been removed, the Apel Court says.
The Court adds that Kamchev has been assigned care measures, respectively, to appear in court once a week and not leave the settlement, not leave Skopje.
As we learn from Kamchev's defense, he has offered an 11m-euro guarantee, made up of property and cash.
He spent New Year's night at “Hospital. Sistina” and it's still there, so it's gonna get out of the hospital.
