Government Approves New Anti-Summer Measures - CO VID

The government of the Republic of Kosovo has held electronic meetings, in which, among other things, it has adopted general and specific measures for controlling, preventing and fighting Pandemia COVID-19. After the review, the decision has been adopted for general and specific measures for control, prevention and fighting of COVID-19, according to the assessment of the epidemiological situation in the country by the Health Ministry in co-operation with the Public Health Institute.
Some of the major measures adopted come into effect tomorrow, January 22, 2022, and are worth until February 4th, 2022:
With new measures restricting the circulation of citizens will be between 10: 00 p.m. and 5: 00 a.m., gastronomial services are also allowed to develop their activity from 5: 00 a.m. to 9: 00 p.m., Telegraph reports.
Every person who enters the Republic of Kosovo must possess one of the following evidence:
The three - dose vaccine certificate (or a dose of Janssen vaccine and strengthening dose) against COVID-19;
Two dose vaccine certificate (or a dose of Janssen vaccine) against COVID-19, along with the RT test- Negative PCR for COVIID-19, not before 48 hours before departure (for airliners) or 48 hours before arriving at the border point (for those entering the land route).
Citizens of the Republic of Kosovo who do not have two doses of vaccines are obliged to carry out domestic quarantine for a period of seven days since entry into the territory of the Republic of Kosovo;
Meanwhile, the citizens' circulation limit will be between 10: 00 p.m. and 05 a.m.
The Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers is instructed to free all beneficiaries of social and pension schemes managed by MPT from regular appearances to relevant offices for ID purposes, as required with relevant laws.
The use of closed spaces is allowed to up to fifty (50%) of space capacity. The use of as much as seventy (70%) of space capacity is permitted in open spaces. The area is counted for food and drink areas.
Gastronomial services are allowed to carry out their activity between 5: 00 a.m. and 9: 00 p.m., while closing their finances, gyms and other public institutions for the use of sports and recreation, except for professional sports clubs.
