Gnjilanas beat his father, hospitalized

A man from Gjilan was arrested after the same man physically assaulted his father.

Kosovo police have announced that the event occurred yesterday around 14:30.

The victim has reportedly accepted medical treatment and that the prosecutor's decision suspect has been sent to the hold.

Any kind of domestic violence is condemned on the basis of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code.

Article 248 of this code says that anyone who commits physical, psychological, or economic abuse or violence with the aim of violating the dignity of the other person within a family relationship is sentenced to fines and imprisonment for up to three years.
