According to the prosecution, H.G., as the task director of the General Hospital in Ferizaj, allegedly misused his official duty, supplying his private oil derivative car under the pre-priced tender for the General Hospital in Ferizaj.
“Foundation Procurory in Ferizaj, within the legal deadline, towards the same one, will decide on further investigative procedures”, the report says.
