ABRAIAL NUNDAY WITH THE PEACE OF REPUBLIC PEACE COSOVA

Honored citizens of the Republic of Kosovo,

Unable to respond to all of us one by one, we would like to brief you with some additional details about the recognition of the Republika Kosovo patent partners from the Federal Republic of Germany:

A) Signing such agreements between states takes time and lasts years. In such a process of converting patents with Germany, several other states, which have much older citizenship than the Republic of Kosovo, are going through.

B) Given the importance of this agreement for citizens of the Republic of Kosovo in Germany, the competent Kosovo institutions have taken it with special devotion to perform and implement all commitments from this agreement.

C) Since Germany's Federal Department of Digital Communications and Transport has recommended by December 29th 2021 to the Federal Council (Bundestras) to proceed further with the adoption of the agreement, Bundesrat has remained as the final institutional insistence, to say the last word.

d) So today, on January 26, 2022, on the Commission for Transport and Digital Communications in Bundesrat has been considered the recommendation of the Federal Department of Digital Communications and Transport, and as such, this recommendation It's been passed on.

e) Bundesrat's side has also remained the final procedure step, which is voting at the Bundesrat plenary session on February 11, 2022.

f) Regarding sent questions and vagueities about Bundesrat: it is not the second room of the German Parliament (typical for many other states with the bicameral parliamentary system). As a legislative body (sui generis), Bundesratti is not made up of elected deputies (such as the Bundestag case), but by representatives of 16 German countries (represented by the heads of governments of the countries or ministers of the respective resorts) and consists of 69 members. So the above-mentioned deal will be voted in Bundesrat and the simple majority (of 35 votes) is needed for its approval.

We are fully aware how much this deal makes it easier for you to do your job, facilitates your life and performance in Germany, so we are in constant contact with Germany's friendly state institutions, which not only your daily concerns, but also other topics of mutual interest to address and resolve jointly.

We are fully aware that a large number of citizens of the Republic of Kosovo (with residence or permission to stay in Germany) have been fined by local authorities in the absence of this agreement. We've accepted dozens of phone calls and text messages and we really feel sorry for every single case. So, we want to assure you that your concerns are our worries.

Last but not least,
