And over time, the number of cars waiting to leave Kosovo is increasing.
Many exiles who had come to Kosovo to celebrate holiday holidays with families have ended their holiday and are heading toward Western states where they spend most of their lives.
Some of them say that holidays in their homeland are unmatched.
But among them, there are those who are not satisfied with the way they spent their holidays in Kosovo.
And that, because of the electricity issues.

To reach their homeland, they say they had not waited long at the border.
So this Monday they're optimistic about the many hours ahead of them.
The exiles who came to Kosovo before January were not required to have evidence of the vaccine, as well as to be released from border policy.
