Elez announced, hits KKP and warns irregularities in the election of chief state prosecutor

Even in the privatisation processes in Kosovo, led under the direction of the AKM, we have seen processes that are formally covered with letters, even there, in every case the winners, blackmailers and violators, despite the strategies used, while the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council is never missed! All of us have seen in recent years how the same persons have been constantly wandering from one office to another, helping and favouring each other in positions different from the Prosecutor's Council to the chief state prosecutor's office and also at other positions in the qualities of the chief prosecutor and vice versa, with the aim of preserving monopoly and power for each other, treating those institutions as private property! And the same picture we expect to see now with the question of electing the Chief of State!!

Insuje Blakaj says chief prosecutor's position is of particular interest and has charged KKP for a majority of integrity during the performance of actions. He has said that such abuses are also recorded with intercompetitive reports.

“The provision of the Prosecutorial Council, their behavior and actions, their numerous scandals, illegal decisions, conflicts of interest, transfers and double-standard advancements have clearly distributed true photography and the lack of integrity of this institution. Some of the problems within this institution have even reacted to reports and international opinions, as well as partners and friends who have repeatedly helped the Prosecutorial Council! The chief state prosecutor's position is a position of high public interest, so the tasks and responsibilities the chief prosecutor has are directly interconnected and in public service, not the same group of persons who are preparing to formalise the name of the person who is part of this group!”, he added.

In addition, he has said that despite developments expected to take place over the next few days, reforms must continue.

“Despite all developments which he expected to take place in the days and weeks under the Prosecutorial Council, and not only, reforms should continue because they are the best means to help and heal this kind of mentality, which with his work has built extremely low credibility in relation to the public, blocking within the interests of the same group of highly mentioned persons! TODAY, all these actions and decisions are responsible for the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, We're all going to be in charge!“
