According to Serbian media, citizens will be able to exercise their right in just over 8,000 polling stations, which close at 8:00.
Late last night, the Election Commission there has made the decision for Kosovo Serbs to vote in four Serbian cities like: Kursumlia, Rashka, Novi Pazar and Vranje, this has not allowed Kosovo to hold Serbian reference in the Republic of Kosovo.
For this issue, Kosovo's Assembly adopted resolutions against holding this referendum.
