Durmish arrogance: We haven't discovered the device that melts the snow before it falls to the ground

Deputy Minister of Infrastructure Hysen Durmish has been talking about the criticisms he has received about the state of roads these days, after heavy snowfalls.

He added that all roads have been perishable.
