“From January 3rd, 2022, for all persons entering the Republic of Kosovo will be worth only the testimony of full vaccine (with two doses) against COVID-19”, said in the Kosovo Government's decision.
The decision also reportedly sellsists of the Republic of Kosovo, as well as persons with temporary or permanent permission to stay in Kosovo, who do not possess any of the evidence 2.1 to 2.3 and seek to enter the territory of the Republic of Kosovo, are given the opportunity to be vaccinated by mobile teams located at the ANP “Adem Jashar (for those entering the air), and at the border points in Vremica, Merdare, and the White Khan of Elez (for those entering the land).

The 5.1 persons who enter Kosovo via airport or through land border points and leave Kosovo within three (3) hours through airport or ground border points, provided that at the entrance we sign the declaration that it will release Kosovo within three (3) hours;
5.2 People who work as professional transporters (volzies), provided they respect the protocol for international transport for protection from COVID-19;
5.3 Citizens of the Republic of Kosovo who have been outside Kosovo in the last 12 hours;
5.4 Foreign citizens who pass through Kosovo through transport organised by bus or regular international line, transit, provided the declaration is signed that they leave Kosovo territory within 5) hours;
5.5 Foreign diplomats accredited in Kosovo;
5.6 persons under 12 years of age (12);
5.7 People with medical evidence who have scientifically proven non-excilation. Such persons should present the RT-PCR negative test for COVIID-19, no older than 48 hours“, said in the ruling.
