Serbia's Ambassador to the United States, Marko Djuric, has met with Senator Ben Cardin, chairman of the Helsinki Commission and member of the Foreign Policy Commission in the Supreme Chamber of Congress.
According to a report by the Serbian Embassy in America, Djuric has provided senator with the concept of “Balkan Open”.
Besides exchanging opinions on current regional and global issues, Djuric explained in detail to Senator Cardin the concept of the Open Balkans as a new link to building partnerships in our part of Europe”, this embassy reported.
