In the press release a day before the protest called by his predecessor, Lulzim Basha addressed the Democrats, saying that Sali Berisha deceived them. The leader of the Democrats said, among other things, that Berisha's movement over the past few months has served to deviate from the opposition battle and has provided oxygen to Edi Rama.
Basha said she feels obligation to the Democrats to say Berisha has deceived them, making the rankings of several elements, according to him.
Part of Lulzim Basha's word:
The movements of Sali Berisha, since September, when I made the decision to suspend him, and today all day, have served to shake and divert the focus of our opposition battle, therefore by giving oxygen to the government.
His plight, which neither of us can solve, Sali Berisha has called a protest against the Democratic Party, in fact against USA. There's a point when it's enough.
I want to address today to all Democrats, especially those who have sincerely wanted to call an extraordinary Democratic Party Assembly, which the DP's Headship called on December 18th, even in reflection of their demands.
Not wanting to repeat what I've said several times about my efforts to find along with Sali Berisha the best solution for the DP in the first place, but in my conviction of myself, the resulting unsuccessful effort I feel as political and human obligation to say:
Sali Berisha deceived you when at the start of his movement to get and turn the Democratic Party into an anti-American bunker after his announcement, you said I violated the statute because I didn't vote in the Chiefs and at the National Council on his suspension decision.
The announcement no grant as an instrument of anti-corruption and protection of democracy by its miners is being raised as a storm in Albania and the region.
Anyone can be clarified by concrete examples for the reasons for these pronouncements that are associated with sanctions on the illegal property of people declared no grata and supporting companies.
Sali Berisha has been misleading his continued efforts to keep the announcement procedure no grata that takes time and includes a few institutions of law enforcement agencies in the world's most powerful state since the State Department, Justice Department, Treasury Department, and National Security and law enforcement agencies.
Sali Berisha, well acquainted with the pro-American sentiments of the overwhelming majority of the Democrats and the Albanian people, has been deceived by keeping secret as far as possible the clear and repeated statements of US representatives and President Beden that the US would interrupt any relationship with a DP run by a person non grata, whatever it is.
