The defendants reportedly sold it to defendants F.S., who were hiding in a motel with others currently on the run. Also, the police official and L.H., said to have sold a firearm to the defendant F.S.

The defendants, according to the Gjilan Foundation Court, are suspected of criminal acts of bribery, possession, distribution and unauthorized sale of narcotics, psychotrope and analogues, and CHAmport, export, supply, transport, production, exchange, mediation or unauthorized sale of weapons or explosive matter.

The Foundation Court in Gjilan has approved Gjilan's Constitutional Prosecutor's request, assigning the detention measure of 30 (thirty) days to defendants A. H. and L. H.

There is a doubt that the defendants deliberately in co-ordination have mastered, without authorization, the narcotics substance of the <x0-cycocaine”, the same as the preliminary agreement between themselves, the narcotics substance of i dealt with defendants F. S., who was hiding in a motel with other defendants on the run.

Likewise, defendant A. H. (Police official) and L. H. Willingly co-ordination against the law for weapons has sold a firearm to defendant F. S.

With these actions, the defendants allegedly committed criminal acts of purchase, possession, distribution, and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope and analogic substances and criminal work import, export, transport, production, production, exchange, mediation or sale of unauthorized weapons or explosive matter, sanctions with the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK)

The primary procedure judge at the Randa Crime Department has estimated that legal reasons for appointing the indictees, given what was said above, would be insufficient for successful criminal procedure development.
