Local authorities in Yujoi in the Henan province announced that all 1.2 million residents should remain locked up inside residences after only 2 asimtomatic cases reported on Sunday and a third case Monday.
With the exception of essential services such as supermarkets and pharmacies, all other services such as schools, public transportation, and shopping centres have stopped operating.
