As Ferizaj's Founding Directory announced. Suspected because of criminal acts abuse of official position or authority from Article 422 paragraph 1 of KPRK; and criminally misusing office or authority by Article 422 paragraph 1 of KPRK.
A.Q. suspected of criminal acts misusing the official position or authority by Article 422 paragraph 1 of KPRK; and criminally taking bribes from Article 428 paragraph 2 of KPRK.
I.A. suspected because of criminal acts of bribery from Article 429 paragraph 3 of KPRK; and criminally exercising influence by Article 431 paragraph 2 of KPRK”.
The court through a media report has indicated in this case that there is a doubt that defendants committed the above-mentioned criminal acts, and this suspicion supported by facts and evidence which are attached until this stage.
The chief prosecutor's pre-procedure to the state prosecutor's request for the detention move against three (3) has been approved as based and the same i dealt with as a length of detention of a (1) month apart from each, as a set contract with Article 187 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.1 of 1.2.1, 1.22 of the Kosovo Republic Criminal Procedure Code, due to suspicion that the defendants have performed the highest criminal acts.
