There won't have to be an increase in jobs as it was reported a few days ago. On the contrary, rational cuts would be made to benefit the good operation of RTK”, he said.
Similarly, Boletin stressed that the situation in RTK is very problematic, with more journalists than editors.
The situation we found is a little problematic because, for example. as regular television workers, there are more editors than journalists. There are about 80 editors and around 60 journalists”, he said.
RTK has consistently engaged workers through several service contracts, with which, according to Boletin, the workman's status is not really known.
We have without seeing that the number of these engaged persons is 239. This means that everyone has entered without competition and that all have been awarded contracts for years without being praised for performance, because this type of contract contract for service doesn't really foresee evaluations, it's not really the status of the worker”, he said.
“We are also concerned about the rights of workers because this type of contract does not provide any benefits provided by the labour law”, Boletini added.
There have been cases, Boletin said, when women have been employed a month after they were born to fulfill this contract.
