Basha at the media conference said the state party used and turned the police, not on defence, but on the violation of citizens, after reacting an hour and a half after all Western Chancellors reacted, not on the other side, but on escalation of violence.

Police would have to intervene the moment the DP headquarters was attacked, it did not intervene because it was a plan Berisha-Rama.
