This requirement concerns defendants involved in the “Brezovica”, of which there is doubt that the same have misused the official position in order to benefit wealth for themselves and other persons.
“According to the prosecution's request, there is reasonable doubt that the defendant A.C., as the official secretary-general of the Ministry of Environment and Space Planning in Pristina, has misused his official position in order to benefit property for himself and other persons, with this would carry out the criminal work “The use of official position or authority” by Article 422 par.1 of KPRK. The same prosecutor has accepted money in order to act contrary to his official duty, with this would carry out the criminal act “Retaliating the bribe” from Article 428 par.2 concerning KPRC's 31”, the Prosecutor's Community says.
