If the taxpayer pays the fine imposed within the terms of 15. (15) days of the ZGjoNA decision's entry, the taxpayers are acquitted of paying fifty per cent of the amount of the prescribed fine, and in this case the complaint procedure is sad and the case is considered closed.
Kosovo Tax Administration “, reports all taxpayers that it has approved the internal regulation of ATK No. 01-2022 on specifying procedures for functioning organisational units for Joba and Punishment ( ZGjoNA, which begins to apply from the date 01.02,2022. Among other things, this regulation has established procedures after the decision-making by ZGjoNA. Based on this regulation, taxpayers to whom ZGjoNA utters fixed fines for violating tax legislation have the opportunity to take advantage of the total payment of the fine. If the taxpayer pays the fine imposed within the terms of 15. (15) days of the ZGjoNA decision's entry, the taxpayers are acquitted of paying fifty per cent of the amount of the prescribed fine, and in this case the complaint procedure is sad and the case is considered closed. The taxpayer, who does not pay the fine of 50 per cent (50%) within 15 (15) days, is obliged to pay the fine of a hundred per cent (100%) of the amount set by ZGjoNA. The right to profit from the penalty payment of only 50 per cent (50%) are all taxpayers, beginning on the date 01.02.22”, said the ATK communiqué.
