The United Arab Emirates said on 24 January that they have detected and destroyed two ballistic missiles of the rebels, which targeted the capital Abu Dhabi.
The United Arab Emirates Defence Ministry did not report to the victims and said the missiles fell into two separate regions near Abu Dhabi.
A spokesman for the nose rebels, who are backed by Iran, Yahya Sarea, said ballistic missiles targeted al-Defra air base at Abu Dhabi.
Sarea said the group has also targeted some of Dubai's vital areas, using fears, but did not specify what those boundaries were.
It was the second missile attack on the United Arab Emirates by the rebels in Yemen, as they attacked a Abu Dhabi fuel depot last week, killing three people and triggering fire at an airport near this depot.
This attack presented a major escalation of the Yemen conflict.
The Saudi-led coalition countered by attacking a detention centre led by the rebels at the nose. At least 82 people were killed by this air strike and dozens more were injured.
Following the escalation of the situation, the United States and the United Nations called for a reduction in tensions.
The Saudi-led coalition, including the United Arab Emirates, intervened in Yemen in March 2015, a few months after the Huth rebels ousted the government in Sana, internationally recognised.
Saudi Arabia and the United States for a long time accuse Iran of providing military equipment to the navel rebels, including parts of fears and rockets. Tehran denies giving financial and military support to this group.
