After they approved the rise in electricity prices, Rizvanolli: Z proposal THREE is not final

Economy Minister Artane Rizvanolli has spoken about the electricity crisis and the ZRRE proposal.

She said the unprecedented rise in electrical energy has also affected Kosovo in recent months.
