According to this resolution, Kosovo's Assembly has found that holding the referendum in Kosovo violates constitutional and sovereignty and that it is contrary to Kosovo laws, international norms and practices.
Also, it says Kosovo institutions must take all actions within competencies not to allow sovereignty to be violated.

The Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo as the representative of Kosovo citizens expresses the common position that organising the Republika Serbia referendum in Kosovo violates the Constitution and sovereignty of the Republic of Kosovo, as well as in opposition to the Constitution, the laws of Kosovo and international norms and practice.
The Kosovo Assembly calls on the Government and the responsible institutions of the Republic of Kosovo to take all actions within their competencies not to allow the sovereignty and constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo to be violated by holding a foreign state referendum on the territory of the Republic of Kosovo.
The Assembly highlights the devotion of the Republic of Kosovo to ensure and protect all the rights of citizens of the Republic of Kosovo in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kosovo.
In this spirit the Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo affirms the right of citizens with two citizenships to exercise their right to vote in line with constitutional standards and international practices. On a concrete occasion, all citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, who also have Serbia's citizenship, are guaranteed the right to vote through the post or liaison office of Serbia in Pristina.
Parliament stresses that opening Serbia's polling stations on the territory of the Republic of Kosovo, as opposed to the involvement of illegal groups and structures in such an organisation for making clear behaviour of the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kosovo, as well as international practices
The Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo expresses opposition to Serbia's continuing actions to install and misuse Kosovo Serb citizens in the service of its hostile policies against the Republic of Kosovo.
The Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo welcomes the international community's firm stances for rule of law in Kosovo and expects support for the legitimate rights and principled approach of the Republic of Kosovo, since only by equally addressing all states of the region can democracy and the Euro-Atlantic spirit of our region be guaranteed. It requires the government to co-ordinate actions with strategic partners for maintaining constitutionality.
The Kosovo Assembly remains committed to making its contribution to protecting the sovereignty and constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo and the constitutional rights of all its citizens, as well as advancing democracy and the Euro-Atlantic agenda in our region.
