All anti-Convidian measures that come into force from today

Record growth in coronary cases over the past few days has caused the Government of Kosovo to toughen anti-Condavid measures. According to the prime minister's office's announcement, the new measures include movement restrictions (from 10: 00 p.m. to 5: 00 a.m.), restrictions on gastronomy (work only until 9: 00 p.m.), as well as tightening the country's entry regulations.
“Decision for measures against COVIDD-19 is based on assessing the situation of the intensity and capacity of the health system to respond, but assessing them also in light of the effects of these measures that may have on society's overall well-being and individuals” is Government's reasoning on the decision.

A. [Territorial implementation]

Every person who enters the Republic of Kosovo must possess one of the following evidence:
2.1 three - (3) doses (or, one dose of Janssen vaccine and a strengthening dose) COVID-19;
2.2 Two dose vaccine certificate (or a dose of Janssen vaccine) against COVID-19, along with the RT test- Negative PCR for COVIID-19, not before 48 hours before departure (for airliners) or 48 hours before arriving at the border point (for those entering the land route).

From the request to possess any of the evidence according to 2.1 to 2.2 release:
The 3.1 persons who enter Kosovo via airport or via land border points and leave Kosovo (trains) within three (3) hours through airport or border points, provided at the outset they sign the declaration that it will release Kosovo within three (3) hours and that exit to border points is different from the border entrance;

J. [public and international transport]
55. No access to public and international transportation devices without a mask.
56. Travelers' road transport operators allowed to work by

58. The staff and passengers of public transport should possess any of the evidence cited at 261 or 26.2, in order to allow activity, respectively, to travel in public and international transportation, except those under the age of 12.
59. Each operator is obliged to assign one or more persons responsible to any public transport means, which will control passengers for possession of any of the supposed evidence at point 26.1 or 26.2.
K. [Tathrot, Libraries, etc. ]
Sixty. Libraries, museums, cinemas, theatres, youth centres, culture centres with groups or similar MKRS or Communist institutions are allowed to work using 30% of space capacity/representatives

61. The users of activities according to 60 points should possess any of the supposed evidence at 26.1 or 26.2, in order to allow entry into the facility, except those under the age of 12.
62. In activities according to 60 points, one or more responsible persons should be appointed by decision who will control possession of any of the supposed evidence at 26.1 or 26.2.
L. [Sport and recreation]
63. The organisation of sports events and exercises pertaining to protocols and recommendations of world organisations for organising sports events and with protection measures of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo.
64. The number of contest participants (sporters, clubs, officials, and other participants needed for the development of the race) is determined by sports federations by respecting the distance measure and other safeguard clauses. There is no presence of viewers in closed and open contestary activities.
65. It shuts down businesses, gyms and other institutions for public exploitation of sports and resort activities, except professional sports clubs.
L. [Hollies]

N. [ Personal data and the way to check the evidence according to 4.1 to 4.2]

The appointment of authorized persons or employees authorized to check the evidence according to 261 or 26.2 is made through the decision in determining the authorized person's name and surname. These people must be identifiable through the ID card and their names will be posted at the entrance of the institution, shopping malls, gastronomy bars and any other business.
69. The presentation of the evidence mentioned at 261 or 26.2 is made in a form that does not allow authorized persons or services authorized to control their possession, maintain, store, register or process data that is contained in any form unless the subject of data has given its consent in written form to process these data.
70. Authorized and named individuals to check the evidence mentioned at 261 or 26.2, in cases where the subject of data has given its consent in written form to process these data, are not allowed to keep data or reuse them for other purposes, in addition to completing the possession of evidence, in public health interest, and in the only purposes of combating the spread of the COVID-19.

75 The Ministry of Health, KSKKU and IKPK are dedicated to the office of prime minister's weekly report (every Friday until 1600) for implementation of measures, the situation in health institutions, the epidemiological situation and predictions for the next two weeks.
76 The Ministry of Health is occupied that, based on Law No. 07/ L-006 for the Prevention and Combating of COVID-19, on the territory of the Republic of Kosovo to issue operational decisions depending on the epidemiological situation and IKPK recommendations.
77 Kosovo Police and Inspectors responsible for overseeing the implementation of measures, other decisions and relevant guidelines under law No. 07/ L-006 for the Prevention and Combating of Pandemia on the territory of the Republic of Kosovo.
78 For violators of the masses, competent organs are obliged to pronounce penal measures according to Law No. 07/ L-006 for the Prevention and Combat of Pandemi-19 on the territory of the Republic of Kosovo and other laws in force.
79 The only authority that can interpret this decision is the Ministry of Health, while any other institution can offer clarifications to the respective categories for which this decision applies, only after the health ministry approves that clarification.
