Spahiu has said there are indicators that even Kosovo politicians who “have hampered processes at certain times” will be included in the “Black List”, now that it is expected to update.
“Yes, absolutely there will be”, Spahiu said.
According to him, it is hard to know who can be put on that list, but there are indicators that will be people from politics.

He recalled that President Joe Biden warned the expansion of the “blacklist” with people being tarnished in various aspects starting with the risk of peace, the minim of democracy and who are steeped in criminality and corruption.
Otherwise, the United States of America has dealt a powerful blow to the heads of organised crime in northern Kosovo on December 8th last year. Using “MAGNITSKY”, Washington accessed black “>” Zvonko Veselinovici, Milan Radovich and a long list of the names of their co-workers.
On this long list of people who were targeted as corrupt and criminal, there is Zvonko's brother, Zarko Veselinovic. Zelko Boyic and Marko Rosiq are also on the list.
