In commemoration of Recak's Massacre, President Vjosa Osmani, Kosovo Assembly Chairman Glauk Konjufca, and Prime Minister Albin Kurti will pay tribute at the Recak memorial complex.
The three heads of state will then take part in the memorial ceremony on the 23rd anniversary of the Recak Massacre, which will be held at the House of Culture in Shtime.
At this ceremony, Osman and Kurti will give speeches, along with US Ambassador Jeffrey Hovenier, while a message through the video will also deliver Ambassador William Walker, former chairman of the Verifer Mission in Kosovo.
President Osmani, Prime Minister Konjufca and Prime Minister Kurti will also participate in the opening of the collective exhibition at the Kosovo National Library in Pristina, beginning at 1300.
