New American ambassador today to speech at Recak's ceremony

In commemoration of Recak's Massacre, President Vjosa Osmani, Kosovo Assembly Chairman Glauk Konjufca, and Prime Minister Albin Kurti will pay tribute at the Recak memorial complex.
