The prime minister has announced that state leaders will visit Recak's Memorial Complex at the commemoration of the 23rd anniversary of the Recak Massacre.
As prime minister has announced, Prime Minister Albin Kurti, President Vjosa Osmani and Prime Minister Glauk Konjufca will perform their prayers in Recak by 10:00.
Part of the arrangements will be the new US ambassador to Kosovo, Jeff Havenier, according to the prime minister.
Furthermore, at 11 o'clock, state leaders will perform memorial ceremonies honouring the 23rd anniversary of Recak's Massacre.
At 1: 00 p.m., institutional leaders will be present at a collective exhibition of photographs of the Recak Massacre at the National Library in Pristina.
On January 15th 1999, 45 Albanians from Kosovo in the village of Recak were massacred by Serb forces.
