Police spokeswoman for the Pristina region Flora Ahmeti has confirmed the case.

“Around 8:30 p.m., we received an anonymous phone call through which one person claimed to have deployed explosive devices at the bus station in Pristina. Police have immediately undertaken all security measures in the area. In a given perimeter, it has evacuated citizens, while the respective units for handling information” are engaged.

The “Informat has been treated by police. After checks conducted by competent units, it's nothing suspicious. Police units have been pulled out of that area, while investigators have started working to clear up all the circumstances related to this case” Ahmeti said.

We remember that even days ago there was a similar case, where a citizen called the police and claimed to have left an explosive device at the station.

But just like this case, he has proved to be a false alarm, as police did not find any explosive means.
