The municipal prosecutor in Slavonski Brod has filed charges against a Kosovo citizen for the serious accident in last summer, where 10 exiles from Kosovo died.

“52-year-old Comrade is charged with hearing a noise on 25.07.2021 around 0600 a.m., believing carelessly that he would not risk it, has returned from the back of the bus where he heard a noise, so he could not follow the traffic situation before him or the bus direction, for which he did not notice that the bus had passed into the emergency detention lane and then to the bar on the south side of the road until it hit the front of a blimp”.

He is accused of taking the left turn and curbing, which caused the bus slide, where ten passengers were left dead and eleven others were seriously injured”, the State Prosecutor announced.
