“52-year-old Comrade is charged with hearing a noise on 25.07.2021 around 0600 a.m., believing carelessly that he would not risk it, has returned from the back of the bus where he heard a noise, so he could not follow the traffic situation before him or the bus direction, for which he did not notice that the bus had passed into the emergency detention lane and then to the bar on the south side of the road until it hit the front of a blimp”.
