2- Memorandum of Understanding for co-operation in the area of law enforcement training between the government of Turkey and Albania.

3- Co-operation Protocol between the Directorate of State Archives Turkey and the Directorate General of Archive.

4- Memorandum of Understanding for Co-operation in the Youth Field and Sports between the ministry of Turkey and Albanian.

5- Memorandum of Understanding between the Turkish and Albanian foreign ministry for co-operation in the area of protocol.

6-Co-operation Protocol between the International Directorate of Ballet Opera and the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Albanian Opera and Ballet Ansabli and Folklore.

7- Memorandum of Understanding in the area of disaster management between Turkey's Emergency Directorate and Interior Ministry.
