Kosovo police have reported the two detainees are E. S, 24, and J. S 55, both citizens of the Republic of Kosovo.
The case is suspected to have occurred on the 2601.22, around 22:45, in the village of Strubulova in the Drina municipality, which allegedly a person was kidnapped by several suspects. The victim, a male, 33, after being kidnapped by the suspects had been sent to a location in the Lipjan municipality, with what cases against him had been exercised by violence and various forms of rowing.
After the election warranted on the part of the state prosecutor has been sent to the 48-hour maintenance centre, as police investigators are working to clear up and clear the whole motives and circumstances of the event.
