“Zeman did not send ambassador to Kosovo”, Dacic says he is grateful to Czechia

Serbia's Parliament Speaker Ivica Dacic says Czech Republic President Miloš Zaman has told him he has not received credentials for Kosovo's ambassador and has not sent the Czech ambassador to Kosovo.
