Xhavit Haliti speaks of the KLA archive: Someone may have a personal journal but these are archives

Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi's statement that it has agreed with the Serbian side to open all archives, including those of Kosovo dealing with the KLA, sparked numerous reactions, particularly from former leaders and KLAH members. And on this subject, neither did the former Army leader [...] fail to respond.
And on this subject, neither did former Kosovo Liberation Army leader Xhavit Haliti, who in a proposal for Periscope, said commitment to open something you do not own is a lie.
Mr. Haliti said there might be some personal notes and personal journals, but these are not archives.
“h - U n What to hide from no one, everything asked of the KLA we signed in Rambouille, then we accepted the Kumanovo agreement and signed the deilitarisation agreement”
“The question of the KLA's archive is quite complex, commitment to open something you do not possess is a lie. However is h - U n CK, there's what to hide from nobody, everything that's been asked by the KLA we have signed in Bambukje, then we accepted the Kumanovo agreement and signed the agreement on deilitarisation. Now Kosovo has its own archive, and I don't believe it has another parallel archive. There may be personal notes, and there may be personal journals, but these are archives. I believe that the Kosovo archive is available to every citizen of every institution for research in accordance with the rules in force, Haliti told Periscopi./Periscopi
