Old VV activists in Mitrovica have expressed dissatisfaction with Bahtiri's re- running, while those who once strongly opposed Bahtir's rule while in the AKR are today offering him full support.

Mitrovica Deputy Mayor Faruk Mujka, at the same time chairman of the VV branch in Mitrovica, is today one of Bahtiri's biggest supporters.

But the situation wasn't like that seven years ago.

In 2014, Mujka, along with the director of the Inspectorate in the Mitrovica municipality of Fidan Ademi, calls Bahtirin “Agim Pechurka”.

In a photo published years ago, Ademi's Mujka are seen organizing a symbolic action in front of the Komuna building, where they put a banner with several “pecuurka” drawn and with the inscription “Agim Pechurka”.

After this action, the director of the Inspectorate, Fidan Ademi, had also written a status on the social network Facebook, saying they would continue with such shares, as he said he inspired the citizens of Mitrovica.

But the situation changed completely after a few years. Today Mujka and Ademi are two of Bahtir's biggest supporters in Mitrovica.

Mujka had even come up against the old activists of the Vetevendosje Movement in Mitrovica's “Tavnik” neighbourhood, when the latter expressed dissatisfaction with Bahtiri's re-addiction.

The number two of the municipality of Mitrovica is also known for many family employment during the time it is exercising the post of deputy mayor of the municipality.

Mujka had settled his cloud (the boy's wife) in the city theater.

The employment scandal of Mujka's family did not end there.

Mujka has also put her sister - in - law (brother's wife) in the bus station.

That's exactly what these jobs have caused disappointment with the old and devout VV members in Mitrovica, who have already distanced themselves from their rule.
