Did the VV force Daut Haradinaj's rise and Arben Year's failure to seek to postpone local elections?

The municipal election race for the capital, Pristina, is taking unpredictable turns. Arben Vitita, the main contender to win this race himself a few months ago, is losing more and more support. Citizens have been depressed with his mismanagement of pandemic, bringing the country into a health collapse.
On the other hand, Daut Haradinaj has long begun his activity in Pristina. The candidacy was initially a surprise to the opinion, but there was also a push for other parties to come up with serious candidacy.
With his energy, Haradinaj surprised everyone. Initially, in front of him, he built teams of experts and connoisseurs of all fields, while respected personalities in Pristina were included on the list for the assembly.
Even the governing programme, but also its ideas, which address numerous problems in the capital, are well received. This is because citizens need practical and unpopular governance that speaks too much but does no work.
Now when the pandemic situation is out of control, the year no longer has its parents that it had months ago. Mismanagement with the vaccination system as well as the health staff's dissatisfaction over paying additions has led Vita from an vulnerable figure to become a figure seen as a failure.
With the fall of the year's popularity, but also VV in general, Kurt's party has decided to push ahead with a strategic party decision. It's about delaying elections.
This has panicked Vetevendosje, which is desperately demanding the postponement of elections, in hopes it will escape eventual defeat in the capital. Evidently in service of the Vetevendosje Movement and the preparation of the ground to postpone elections, the country's president, Vjosa Osmani, has also been put in place.
We remember that recent elections have been held despite the fact that Kosovo was in a pandemic situation, while the most vocal in demanding elections were exactly party officials who are now in power.
