For next year there are ahead of regular presidential elections -- those for the city of Belgrade, as well as early parliamentary elections.
Speaking to reporters in Belgrade, Vucic said he would like the opposition to participate in the elections as well.
In June 2020, the opposition has boycotted the elections in Serbia, with claims that Vuciq wields great influence on state institutions.
Vuciq said Wednesday that power is secured by participating in the elections and winning them.
He also spoke of the Serbian List MP in Kosovo, Ivan Todosijevic, in whom last month the Court of Appeals in Kosovo has confirmed his two-year sentence because of his denial of the Recak massacre, in which Serb forces have killed 45 Kosovo Albanians in 1999.
Vuciq said that for Serbia, the third degree against Todosijevic is of key importance”.
He also said it is important that Serbia preserve the security of Serbs in Kosovo.
This is why we will see what will be the reaction to the decision on the third scale against Ivan Todosijevich. This is of key importance to us”, Vuciq said.
