The summit's central theme reportedly will be Kosovo's decision to impose reciprocity with license plates to Serbia.
Rakiq called on Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic to help people and react to opportunities.
“I call on all those who have gathered to refrain and also Pristina not to raise tensions. This is a direct threat to people who are concerned about how to provide bread for their children. We also briefed Special Envoy for Dialogue Miroslav Lajcak and asked for EU assistance. I call on President Vucic to react to”, he added.
