Vital opportunity to increase your and state budget: Untrusted Fiscal Ark Offered

Since the post-war, economic market in Kosovo and doing business has evolved to many stages. Competition and the need for expansion, to meet market requirements, has prompted many businesses to work and advance more towards professionalism, adopting labour practices, but above all respecting legal and fiscal infrastructure. [...]

Years ago, the country's institutions have compiled the necessary administrative guidelines, giving direction to combating economic informality in the country.

Since then, serious businesses, which have targeted long-term operation, market expansion and partnerships, have always been conforming to fiscal legal rules, subjecting themselves to the fiscalisation process.

In this direction, fiscal crates became the key product in the function of doing business and respecting fiscal order. Through this, the country's institutions managed to collect state taxes, therefore to increase the state budget, money that served capital investments and economic and fiscal function in the country.

Over the years, thanks to fiscalisation, Kosovo's budget experienced continued growth in revenues. Of the 815 million in 2008, it became 1.5 billion in 2015, and it has already reached 2.4 billion.

But through this process, businesses expanded their presence and operation on the market.

Over the years, however, some of the businesses found continued reasons to reject their legitimacy, operating in what is known as the informal economy. This has caused serious damage and loss to the economy in the country, but business itself. In just a few months, the Tax Administration pronounced over 16 thousand fines in front of economic operators, due to non-compliance.

Licensed operators offering fiscal products already have extensive expansion on the Kosovo market, carrying the load of equipment with fiscal crates and accompanying products for all businesses in the country. Market needs and competition have now made the cost towards fiscalisation more favourable, enabling businesses at minimum prices to complete their fiscal obligation. With this operating trend, the reasons for taxization now do not exist.

One of the economic operators for offering fiscal crates, Enter It has offered the price of only 9.99 euros a month to equip it with fiscal cases, but also with all accompanying products, such as four-year maintenance, 1-year guarantees and four-year technical checkups.

The economic role of the fiscalisation process is enormous. This has prompted economic Odas in the country to raise their voices about the importance of this process. At a meeting of the American Economic Ode, held Tuesday in Pristina, it was discussed precisely the process of fiscalisation and the need for this process to be completed by next year. Representatives of the American Chamber of Economics, the Kosovo Chamber of Economics, by the Tax Administration and business representatives listed some of the successes achieved in Kosovo's fiscal travel, but also the challenges that continue to remain.

Equal business management and combating the informal economy is achieved only by completing fiscalisation. It's in the interest of businesses, first of all, that each of them operate in fiscal cases and enforce fiscal fiscalisation rules.

At this meeting, it was mentioned that more than 360,000 businesses have been taxed in Kosovo so far, although thousands of others continue to remain uninfigurated. The group mostly enters small and retail businesses, although no other businesses are exempt.

Now that the cost to fiscalization is minimal for each business, no longer has reason for businesses to reject this process. Moreover, the fines imposed by ATK are many times higher compared to the cost of a fiscal arch.

The same meeting also mentioned an extremely important aspect, which is long - term functioning with rules and institutional guidelines. Frequent changes in administrative guidelines from the country's institutions have led to the fiscalisation process. This prolongation has directly affected business work, which, as long as they adopted new regulations, has taken time and human resources.

Stability in legal and administrative infrastructure is a key indicator to success towards completing the fiscalisation process.
