Veliu: MPB implemented my decision to reciprocity with license plates

Former Interior Affairs Minister Agim Veliu says today's MPB decision to impose reciprocity on Serbia for plates is to implement the decision that had signed itself to exercise this position a year earlier. The present-day MPB decision to establish reciprocity against Serbia regarding vehicle license plates [...]

Today's “MPB decision to establish reciprocity against Serbia in terms of vehicle plates is implementation of the decision, which in the quality of the Minister of Internal Affairs I signed in 17.09.2020, for abolishing Administrative Guide No.02/2018 for the registration of the Targa KS”.

Veliu, among other things, says this decision comes as a result of the agreement signed in Brussels on September 14, 2016.

The current decision is also due to the agreement signed in Brussels on September 14th 2016 between Kosovo and Serbia regarding free movement”.

The former minister says it is good news government Kurti is recognising international agreements that were signed at the time of the Hoti Government.

“Crahas implementing decisions made by the past government, the good news is that the current government is recognising international agreements signed at the time of the government, Hoti”.

“The task and primary obligation of all of us is to preserve the state subjectivity and sovereignty of the Republic of Kosovo” wrote Veliu on the social Facebook network.
