According to Berisha, to be punished by a beggar in Kosovo for 500 euros and to seize the money he was forgiven is disturbing to all of us, and much more so when most of the beggars are from minority communities in Kosovo, Periscope follows.
You'd agree with counseling and supporting actions against them but with punishments like that! I was informed that there are others convicted beggars”, Berisha says.
He calls on the minister and deputies of communities who have been elected to protect them too, to urgently stop this ugly state initiative. /Periscopi/
